Madison County BOC to meet Jan. 7

The Madison County Board of Commissioners will meet at 6:30 p.m., Monday, Jan. 7, in the county government complex.

Agenda items include:

•Business involving guests, groups or multiple visitors: None

•Mike and Wendy Pullian are requesting to rezone their 1.22 ac. from A-2 to R-R. The property is located on Map 91 Parcel 29 on Human Road in District 2.

•Mike Pullian is requesting for Broad River Properties to rezone .521 acres of their 74-acre parcel from A-1 to R-R to combine with Pullian’s adjoining property. The property is located on Map 91 Parcel 9 on Human Road in District 2.

•Mike Pullian is requesting for Broad River Properties to rezone 1.103 acres of their 13.14-acre parcel from A-1 to R-R to combine with Pullian’s adjoining property. The property is located on Map 91 Parcel 10 on Human Road in District 2.

•Chairman Wayne Douglas with amendments to the zoning ordinance.
