Actions filed in Superior Court

Actions filed recently in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Madison County include:

•William Matthew Booth, 22, 194 Liberty Circle, Hartwell, was sentenced to two years confinement for bribery.

•Andrew Clayton Entrekin, 27, 183 Hogan Street, Maysville, was sentenced to three years confinement, seven months probation for theft by taking and fined $320 for theft by taking. He was also sentenced to one year confinement for obstruction of officers and simple battery. Charges of burglary and theft by receiving stolen property were dismissed.
