Dorothy Jean Hager (1-28-13)

WINDER – Dorothy Jean Hager, 83, formerly of both Madison and Ravenswood, W.Va., passed away Monday, January 28, 2013.

She was the daughter of the late Isaac and Minnie Davenport Harmon. She was retired from Navy Exchange in Millington, Tenn. Mrs. Hager was preceded in death by her husband, Filmer Carl Hager; a brother, John Harmon; and a sister, Lillian Twyman.

Survivors include a son, Carl Lee Hager, Atlanta; brother, Ken Harmon, Hooks, Texas; three sisters, Maycel Collier, Bonita Springs, Fla., Violet Casto, Charleston, W. Va., and Ruth Miller, Ravenswood, W. Va.

Graveside services will be held Monday, February 4, at 2 p.m. in the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton. Visitation will be held Sunday, February 3, from 3 to 5 p.m. at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
