Madison County commissioners talked at length Friday about the county’s beer and wine license issuance guidelines, but the group came to no firm conclusions.
The talk followed recent debate over the issuance of a license to Kwik Chek in Hull, where BOC members questioned the validity of a new owner’s actual ownership of the store.
