Virginia Thomas (2-9-13)

CONYERS - Virginia B. Thomas, 75 died Saturday, February 9, 2013.

She was born in Monticello on July 6, 1937, grew up in Danielsville, and graduated from Danielsville High School. Mrs. Thomas was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Evie Lou "Mama B" Burroughs; a sister, Mary Bob Griffith; and brother, Billy Tom Burroughs, all of Danielsville. Mrs. Thomas was a member of Trinity Baptist Church in Conyers.

Survivors include her husband, Harold D. Thomas, Conyers and Comer; daughters, Ginger Thomas, Marietta, and Kelli Henry, Conyers; son, Bob Thomas, Tucker; son-in-law, Gary Henry; daughter-in-law, Cindy Thomas; grandchildren, Ginni Henry, Matthew Henry, Faith Henry, Jennifer and Brad Morris and Michael Thomas.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 13, at 11 a.m. at Scot Ward's Green Meadow Chapel.

Interment will follow at Danielsville Memorial Gardens at 3:30 p.m. The family will receive friends Tuesday, February 12, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
