Frankie Holden (3-2-13)

JEFFERSON - Frankie Massey Holden, 71, died Saturday, March 2, 2013 at her residence.

She was born in Jefferson, the daughter of the late Frank and Addie Griffin Massey. She was a homemaker and a member of Blacks Creek Baptist Church. Mrs. Holden was preceded in death by her husband, Herman Holden; and brothers, Ford and Vester Massey.

Survivors include daughters, Laura Holden, Jefferson, and Leigh Purcell, Commerce; sisters, Mary Jarrett, Athens, and Mozelle Braswell, Dunwoody; and grandchildren, Sam and Elizabeth Purcell.

Funeral services will be Monday, March 4, at 2 p.m. from the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home with the Rev. Bill Carpenter officiating. Interment will follow at Jackson Memorial Gardens.
