Maureen Mashburn (3-3-13)

JEFFERSON - Maureen Dorothy Mashburn, 58, passed away Saturday, March 3, 2013.

She was born in Brockton, Mass., the daughter of the late Ralph Moody Easton and Dorothy May Galligon Easton of Lilburn. Maureen graduated from Brockton High School in Brockton, Mass. in 1972 and was employed with Jackson County Board of Education for the past five years as a bus driver.

Survivors in addition to her mother include her husband, Terry Mashburn, Jefferson; daughters, Meredith Overton, Hoschton, and Marissa Loose, Sugar Hill; sons, Robert Hudson, Jefferson, and Quincy Mashburn, Jefferson; brothers, Ralph Eugene (Lea) Easton, Johnson City, Tenn., and Gary Winthrop (Loretta) Easton, Lady Lake, Fla.; four grandchildren, Zoe Hudson, Brandon Hudson, Michael Overton and Shelby Overton; two nephews, Andrew Easton and Scott Easton; one niece, Pamela Langlois; and a number of other relatives.

A visitation service will be held on Thursday, March 7, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
