A JACKSON County sheriff’s deputy responded to a Legg Road, Jefferson, address after someone called to report that they could see a naked man wearing a baseball cap at a nearby residence.
The caller, who did not want to meet with a deputy, said he noticed the man as he and his family drove past the residence coming from Jett Roberts Road. They noticed the front door to the residence open and could see directly into the living room. The deputy met with the 31-year-old man who lived there, who was dressed at the time, and told him he received a complaint about him standing in his living room without any clothes on and with the door open. The man said that he did not know anyone could see inside his residence and was very sorry.
He said he was going to get in the shower and went back into the living room. When he saw headlights shining through his front door, he went into a different room to keep anyone from seeing him, he said.
The deputy warned him to keep his doors and windows closed if he is walking around without clothes on.
