In a pair of votes Tuesday night, the Barrow County Board of Education moved the school system toward what over the next few years will become a “paperless” record-keeping system.
The Barrow County Board of Education voted 7-1-1, with Dan Cromer absent and Will Dunn voting no, to approve the purchase of Registration Gateway software to allow online registrations of students this fall and to begin the transition to paperless student records.
