Flora Hill (3-9-13)

ROYSTON - Flora Walker Hill, 89, died Saturday, March 9, 2013, at Athens Regional Medical Center.

Mrs. Hill was born in Norcross, to the late Thomas J. and Daisy Finley Walker. She was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church and was a homemaker.

Survivors include her husband, Shelton Hill, Royston; daughter, Denise Briner, Royston; sisters, Charlotte Sasser, Columbus, Ora Lee Rudrauff, Roswell, and Sarah Uphole, Riverdale; and brothers, Tommy Walker, Kennesaw, Tony Walker and Charles Walker, both of Roswell.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m., Tuesday, March 12, at Mt. Zion Baptist Church with the Rev. Douglas Duncan officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday, March 11, from 6 to 8 p.m.
