DANIELSVILLE - Delores Fowler Fuller, 74, died Tuesday, March 19, 2013, following an extensive illness.
She had lived in Danielsville for the past several years, but had made her home in Athens most of her adult life. She was born in Clarke County, the daughter of the late William Morgan and Elizabeth Maebell Kittle Fowler. Mrs. Fuller was preceded in death by brothers, Thomas Morgan Fowler, Emory "Billy" Fowler, and Curtis "Bobby" Fowler; sister, Daily Lee Taylor; and an infant daughter, Tammie Fuller. Mrs. Fuller was married to the late Roy Jackson Fuller for more than 54 years.
Mrs. Fuller was a faithful member of Cross Roads Baptist Church in Lawrenceville and is currently a member of Crossroads Baptist Church in Maysville. She was a school bus driver for Athens Christian School for many years and was a homemaker.
Survivors include children, Terri Fuller Norris (Steve), Hermitage, Tenn., Kendra Fuller Holloway (Nelson), Danielsville, Kim Fuller Smith (David), Athens, and Sterling Fuller, Atlanta; grandchildren, Steven Norris (Terra), Brooke Norris, Erin Norris Garner (Jason), Matthew Norris (Heather), Lindsey Lowry (Misael), Morgan Holloway and Fuller Holloway; great-grandchildren, Kaimen, Julia, Tyler, Tiffany, Cristal, Tison, Ariana, Jackson, Misael Jr. and Eli.
Services will be held Friday, March 22, at 2 p.m. at Lord and Stephens Chapel, Danielsville, with the Revs. Swayne Carlan and Dan Fuller officiating. Interment will be in Evangelical Church Cemetery. The family will receive family and friends at the funeral home on Thursday, March 21, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m., and will also be at her home in Danielsville.
