•Angela Michelle Dale, 38, 406 Bridges Way, Winterville, was sentenced to one year probation for reckless driving (reduced from DUI), speeding and driving without brake lights and turn signals. She was also fined $1,535. A charge of possession of a schedule II controlled substance was disposed of through nolle prosequi.
•Tobia Sherrard Gantt, 26, no address available, Comer, was sentenced to three months probation and fined $67 for disorderly conduct (reduced from obstruction of officers).
•Martavious Deon Jarrell, 20, 5498 Jot Em Down Road, Danielsville, was sentenced to one year probation for possession of marijuana — less than an ounce (reduced from possession of marijuana with intent to distribute).
•April Lynn Brown, 40, 171 Herring Drive, Comer, was sentenced to three years confinement, seven years probation and 40 hours of community service for possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute and possession of a schedule II controlled substance. She was also fined $100. Brown was sentenced to one year confinement for simple assault (reduced from aggravated assault on a peace officer), fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer and reckless conduct. A charge of possession of a schedule I controlled substance was disposed of through nolle prosequi.
•Ann Marie Porter, 40, 2271 Monticello Road, Madison, was sentenced to 10 years probation and fined $387 for theft by receiving stolen property (reduced from burglary). A charge of failure to appear was dismissed and charges of conspiracy to commit a felony and possession of tools for the commission of a crime were disposed of through nolle prosequi.
•Thomas Daniel Richey, 23, 116 Hawkins Avenue, Rutledge, was sentenced to four years confinement, 16 years probation and was fined $725 for burglary. Charges of loitering or prowling and driving while license suspended or revoked were disposed of through nolle prosequi.
•Jeffrey Todd Smith, 49, 1622 Barwick Hill Road, Comer, was sentenced to five years probation and fined $100 for theft by taking.
•Lance Monroe Phelps, 31, 1415 Buddy Moore Road, Colbert, was sentenced to two years confinement, three years probation and fined $320 for failure to register as a sex offender.
•James Melvin Young, 62, 1900 Colbert Smithonia Road, Colbert, was sentenced to seven years probation and fined $100 for possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute. He was also sentenced to seven years probation and fined $100 for theft by receiving stolen property and seven years probation on a second charge of theft by receiving stolen property. He also received five years probation for theft by receiving stolen property, three years probation for possession of contraband by inmate and one year probation for possession of marijuana — less than an ounce.
•William Matthew Autry, 28, no address available, Ila, was sentenced to five years probation and was fined $320 for forgery in the first degree. He was sentenced to one year probation and fined $135 for theft by taking. Two charges of failure to appear were dismissed. A charge of theft by taking was disposed of through nolle prosequi.

He was also sentenced to one year probation and fined $67 for obstruction of officers. Charges of possession of drug-related objects/equipment and failure to appear were dismissed.

•William Douglas Smith Jr., 47, 60 S and M Drive, Hull, was sentenced to one year probation and fined $185 for possession of drug-related objects/equipment. A charge of possession of methamphetamine was disposed of through nolle prosequi.
•Derek Ezra Burdette, 19, 2753 Grady School Road, Canon, was sentenced to one year probation for possession of marijuana — less than an ounce and failure to use correct signal. He was also fined $210.

McDaniel was sentenced to 40 hours community service and $600 for DUI and was fined $35 for no proof of insurance.
