The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office made four arrests after responding to a loud music disturbance call Friday night in Nicholson.
Deputies responded to an address on Jim David Road Friday night in reference to a loud music complaint. At the residence, the responding deputy detected an odor of alcohol and marijuana. Upon further investigation, the deputy located several people hiding inside the residence. All underage persons were tested on the scene for the presence of alcohol. All juveniles that were not drinking were turned over to their parents.
Matthew Kane Luthi, 24, was charged with three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and one count of disorderly house. Montell Lanard Lumpkin 17, was charged with underage consumption of alcohol and two juveniles were charged with underage consumption of alcohol.
