The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office arrested Lenon Azell Kennedy, 23, Morrow, on burglary charges after a day-long search.
Numerous deputies from the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office, the Braselton Police Department, the Hall County Sheriff’s Office, Georgia State Patrol Aviation and the Georgia Department of Corrections K-9 assisted with the search. Several reports of entering automobiles in Braselton and a sighting of a possible suspect by a witness, led officers to the location. Kennedy was captured in a wooded area off of Braselton Parkway.
Kennedy is currently in the Jackson County Jail and is charged with one count of burglary. Several other charges are pending. The sheriff’s office also reportedly considers Kennedy as a suspect in entering auto cases which occurred previously.
