The following incidents were recently reported to the Braselton Police Department:
•entering a motor vehicle with the intent to commit a theft or other felony at a Pinecrest Lane, Braselton, residence. The complainant reported someone entered her vehicle and stole $40 she had on the center console.
•abandoned or recovered stolen property on Highway 124 near the Barrow County line, where a correctional work detail located a driver’s license, some credit cards and some keys while picking up trash from the shoulder of the road.
•domestic violence at a Reisling Drive, Braselton, residence. The offender stated he and his girlfriend got into an argument because he confronted her due to her family not liking him and making comments about him when they were around.
•child molestation and affray at Loowit Falls Court, Braselton, residence, where a fight was reported.
•domestic violence and disorderly conduct at a Reisling Drive, Braselton, residence. The complainant stated she and her ex-husband were involved in a domestic dispute over her turning on the light in the bedroom at her father’s residence where they both reside without giving her ex-husband enough notice to cover his eyes, which upset him.
•theft by taking at Kroger, Spout Springs Road, Braselton. The complainant stated she came out of the store and started taking pictures of the sky. The complainant stated when she finished taking pictures she got in her car, went home and that was when she noticed her purse was missing and she remembered putting it in the buggy. The complainant stated she returned to Kroger and talked with the co-manager, who viewed the security camera, but the picture was not clear enough to see who took the purse.
•information report and verbal dispute at a Northern Oak Drive, Braselton, residence, where a 911 hang-up was reported. Jackson County Dispatch reported they heard a female screaming, sounds of a struggle and then the line disconnected. Dispatch advised they tried calling back, but there was no answer. A female at the residence stated she thought someone was breaking inn so she called 9-1-1, but she noticed it was her son and she hung up the phone. The female’s son stated he came home front a friends house, there was a misunderstanding about where he was staying that night and an argument began. The female stated she only dialed 9-1-1 to scare her son.
•entering a motor vehicle with the intent to commit a theft or other felony at the Chateau Elan Golf Club House, Golf Club Drive, Braselton. The complainant reported his rental vehicle was broken into while he was playing golf with co-workers. The passenger side rear door window was shattered and a female’s purse, containing her rental car keys, miscellaneous makeup and US passport, was stolen.
•information report at a Franklin Street, Braselton, residence. The complainant stated he and his wife were going through a separation and she was having a real tough time. The complainant reported he came downstairs and found his wife passed out in the bathroom. He female was transported to Northeast Georgia Medical Center.
•domestic violence and wanted person apprehended at a Lakeshore Circle, Braselton, residence, where a domestic dispute was reported.
•entering a motor vehicle with the intent to commit a theft or other felony at a Braselton Parkway, Braselton location. The complainant reported her cell phone was missing out of her vehicle at this location.
•verbal dispute and battery at a Liberty Park Drive, Braselton, residence. complainant stated a verbal altercation occurred and the homeowner grabbed her by the hair, dragged her to the garage, and told her to leave.
