Three teens have been arrested in connection with an armed robbery at the Comer Valero (formerly BP) on Sunday, Jan. 5.
Triston Blake Seymour, 19, of Comer, was arrested for felony theft by taking, possession of a firearm or knife by a convicted felon and armed robbery.
According to a press release from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, Seymour and an accomplice were taken into custody at 924 Hwy. 191 in Danielsville on Jan. 10.
On Monday, Jan. 13, Randy McLaughlin, 19, and Kaitlyn Rice, 18, were charged with party to the crime of armed robbery and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. Both were arrested at the same address on Hwy. 191.
The GBI, the Comer Police Department, the Madison County Sheriff’s Office and the Georgia Department of Corrections assisted in the investigation, which is still ongoing, according to the press release.
