The Braselton Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, Jan. 30, at 7 p.m. to consider an application for a variance from Ron Wilson on property owned by him on property identified as 7316 Spout Springs Road. The size of the parcel is approximately 1.5 acres. The property is zoned general commercial.
The variance request is for relief from Development Code sections:
Section 17.8(E) - maximum ground sign area and maximum ground sign copy area for a multi-tenant office, institutional, industrial or shopping center.
There will not be a Jan. 23 Zoning Board of Appeals meeting as originally scheduled.
The meeting will be held at the Braselton Police and Municipal Court Building, 5040 State Route 53, Braselton.
