AUBURN - Vivian Phillips Walls, 74, died Friday, February 28, 2014, at her residence.
A native of Gwinnett County, she was the daughter of the late William P. and Willie Hester Murphy Phillips. She was preceded by her husband, Jerry W. Walls on March 5, 2004. Mrs. Walls was a retiree of R & R Manufacturing Company and had resided in Barrow County for most of her life.
Survivors include siblings and in-laws, Ruth and Calvin Ramey, Lawrenceville, Matrie and Roy Rowe, Dacula, Raymond and Sally Phillips, Tunnell Hill, Jack and Betty Phillips, Dacula, Jerry and Charlene Phillips, Lawrenceville, Truman and Pat Phillips, Auburn, Ruby and Felton Fulcher, Monroe, Ronnie Phillips and Donnie Phillips, Auburn, Gail Phillips, Commerce, Cindy Phillips, Marty and Jackie Phillips all of Lawrenceville; grandson, Clay Conrad; and a host of other family members.
Funeral services were held Monday, March 3, from the chapel of Carter Funeral Home with the Revs. Larry Youngblood and Josh Landress officiating. Interment was in Barrow Memorial Gardens.
Carter Funeral Home, Winder, was in charge of arrangements.
