A Pine Cove Court, Hoschton, resident who plans to move and rent his house out told police a neighbor came into his yard and “got in his face.”
The complainant said he was standing in his yard talking to one neighbor when the other man stopped his car in front of his house and started yelling at them.
At first he thought the neighbor was joking with him, but then the man exited his vehicle and got in the complainant’s face, yelling at him, the complainant said.
After asking the man several times to get off his property, the man finally left after about five minutes.
A deputy told the complainant to stay off of his neighbor’s property and to call 911 if another incident occurred.
