Another school is being evacuated in Jackson County after a statement was discovered on a restroom wall at West Jackson Middle School stating a bomb would go off at the school. School leaders have posted a statement that the school system "will err on the side of student safety and evacuate" until authorities clear the building. School leaders say they anticipate a normal dismissal.
This marks the fourth bomb scare that has led to an evacuation this week in Jackson County. Students were also evacuated due to a threatening message found in a bathroom today at a high school in Barrow County.
