The bond was set at $1 million for a man charged with threatening another man with a gun and then beating him with a bat at a gas station on Hwy. 124 in late May 31.
Terry Lynn Seagraves, 47, of Talmo, has remained at the Jackson County jail on charges of aggravated assault family violence, three counts of aggravated assault, aggravated battery, battery, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime and criminal attempt to commit murder. Court records show Seagraves bond was set at $1 million.
He was also sentenced to live with his mother, submit to GPS monitoring, have no contact with the victim or his wife, waive fourth amendment rights and to not possess firearms.
