A free viewing of The Lego Movie will take place on Friday, Aug. 8, at dusk in the Braselton Park. The originally viewing for July 15 was rained out.
The 100-minute movie is rated PG.
Movie fans will delight in the animated adventure comedy, as Emmet, a LEGO mini-figure is the key to saving the LEGO universe. He and his friends go on an epic journey to stop the evil tyrant, Lord Business. Fans will recognize the familiar voices of Will Arnett, Elizabeth Banks, Will Ferrell, Morgan Freeman and Chris Pratt as Emmet.
Concessions and baked goods are available as movie patrons are invited to bring chairs or blankets for a family-friendly evening. Braselton Park is located on Harrison Street in the town’s historic downtown. The movie series is presented by the Braselton Visitors Bureau.
