Braselton police officers recently responded to the Best Friend Clinic on reports that it had been burglarized.
John Curtis Brooks and Samuel Ray Pentecost were arrested for burglary.
When officers arrived, the owner of the clinic said his house, located behind his business, had been broken into. He said he used the old house to store his tools for the clinic.
Officers observed the scene and found the basement door had been pushed in. The complainant told officers that he noticed a ladder, chainsaw and drills had been taken.
Officers and the complainant viewed security tapes to identify the vehicle of the alleged burglars.
While on patrol, officers observed a vehicle similar to the one in the video and initiated a traffic stop for having a blown headlight.
Officers noticed the tire treads on the vehicle matched the tire tracks at the crime scene. The two men were arrested.
