A man called 9-1-1 from a John B. Brooks Road, Pendergrass, location, to report he had received several harassing phone calls from his younger brother who was threatening to “blow his brains out with a rifle whenever he leaves work,” according to a Jackson County Sheriff’s Office incident report.
The complainant said his brother has had multiple family violence arrest charges and is “upset with the whole family.”
The suspect has a special condition bond stating he is not supposed to have any contact with his family. He also reportedly sent several messages to the complainant’s Facebook account stating that he hates him and his family.
Nothing happened when the complainant left his workplace.
