An intoxicated man was bothering neighbors in a Braselton subdivision and was later found laying in bushes, according to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office.
Several people in a subdivision off New Liberty Church Road said a Hispanic man wearing a red shirt and black shorts was walking through their yards.
A deputy spotted something red in the bushes in front of a subdivision. A man was laying on the ground in the bushes.
The man approached the deputy, who said he could smell alcohol on the man. He was arrested and charged with public drunkenness.
