The Commerce Tiger Cross Country team opened up its 2008 season this week. The team was scheduled to take part in an open meet at East Jackson Comprehensive High School. Mill Creek improved to 2-0 in region play with Wednesday’s 8-0 win over Duluth. Morgan Bullock got the win, striking out 13 batters in six innings. Bullock also had three hits and four RBIs.
