A Danielsville man was charged with battery after a domestic dispute on Blacks Creek Church Road. Chad Crumley, 40, was arrested after allegedly hitting his girlfriend in the eye and choking her. A Danielsville man was sentenced recently in Madison County Superior Court to three years in prison for sexual battery against a child under 16. Rodney Scott Dennis, 46, 401 Hillwood Drive, was also sentenced to seven years probation and fined $1,350 for the sexual battery charge, which was reduced from child molestation.
