Suspect arrested in Arlington Lane shooting

A 31-year-old Commerce man was arrested early Friday morning in the shooting death of his wife. Grand jury indicts foster mother in infant's death

A Jackson County Grand Jury indicted Wendy Osborne, 29, Nicholson, on two counts related to the Sept. 2 death of 9-month-old Jessica Scovil. Osborne turned herself in to the Jackson County Jail Monday afternoon and was released on a $7,000 bond.
