Local law enforcement and rescue agencies were dispatched to Mulberry River near Hancock Bridge Road on Saturday after two juveniles discovered a submerged kayak. The intersection of Highway 11 and Star Street in Bethlehem is a headache for many traveling through the area, and the Bethlehem council is determined to ease the pain.
