Mill Creek High School seniors Emilie Burger and Shawn Yim won the overall girls’ and boys’ titles at the 15th annual Southeastern Junior Golf Tour UGA/Autotrader.com Invitational in Athens, GA, this past weekend. The Banks County High School football team got the complete performance it has been seeking all season last Friday night. The Leopards completely dominated East Jackson 42-0 in a Region 8-AA contest. The Commerce Tigers dropped another game in the 2008 season, this time to the undefeated Spartans of Athens Academy. Athens Academy took an early lead but Commerce rallied and tied the board 13-13 in the back half of the game.
