LEXINGTON - Jerry Carl Sheridan, 70, passed away at his residence.
He was born on July 12, 1942 in Jackson, Ga., the son of the late Carl "Bulldog" and Cota Wade Sheridan. He was employed with Quarries Inc. as a crane operator, and mechanic. Mr. Sheridan was preceded in death by a brother, Johnny William Sheridan.
Survivors include his wife, Linda Barnett Sheridan; daughter and son-in-law, Rebecca and Billy Brackett, Eatonton; sons and daughters-in-law, Danny Carl and Carla Sheridan, Jefferson, and Thomas Roscoe and Wendy Sheridan, Comer; son, David Glenn Sheridan, Bethlehem; aunt, Shelby Jean Lynch, Monroe; special niece, Cindy Sheridan Hill, Crawford; sister and brother-in-law, Patricia and Jim Herring, Lexington; brothers and sisters-in-law, Terry and Ila Sheridan, Commerce, and Richard and Nellie Faye Lee, Jefferson; sister-in-law, Janice Sheridan, Crawford; many cousins, nephews and nieces; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
