Alma Epps (1-21-13)

COMER – Alma Cartledge Epps, 91, died Monday, January 21, 2013.

A native of Madison County, she was the daughter of the late Samuel and Mary Chandler Cartledge.

Survivors include daughters, Brenda Hill, Elberton, and Patty Epps, Spartanburg, S.C.; a son, Wildon Epps, Carlton; 15 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Friday, January 25, at 2 p.m., at the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church with the Revs. Ray Jenkins and Jonathan Tolbert officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday, January 24, from 6 to 8 p.m.
