A missing Jefferson man was charged with criminal trespass after an incident where he reportedly threatened to kill the deputy that found him standing on an airplane at the Jackson County Airport. According to a Jackson County Sheriff’s Office incident report, Dutch Howard Alexander, 36, was arrested following the Jan. 14 incident when a deputy recognized him standing on top of a red and white airplane that was located under an open shelter at the airport.
