Lorine Privette (1-27-13)

COMER - Lorine Hattie Privette, 92, died Sunday, January 27, 2013.

A native of Clarke County, she was the daughter of the late Billips and Hattie Fitzpatrick Smith and was the widow of the late Hubert Talmadge Privette. Ms. Privette was a sales clerk and was preceded in death by a nephew, Christopher Busby.

Survivors include a sister, Annie Laura (Allen) Scott; brother, Edwin Etsel (Frances) Smith; niece, Presley Burroughs; nephew, D.J. Burroughs; and several other nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 29, at Brown Chapel, Danielsville, at 2 p.m. The Rev. Reggie Vaughn will officiate. Burial will follow at the Fitzpatrick Buchanan Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday, January 28, from 6 to 8 p.m.
