A 25-year-old Winder man was shot Thursday during an argument over money, according to the Barrow County Sheriff's Office.
The victim, whose wounds were not life-threatening, was taken to an area hospital. His identity has not been disclosed.
Arrested and being held without bond at the Barrow County Detention Center is 19-year-old Keyon Neal of Winder.
The incident happened around 4 p.m. July 23 at 845 Brandon Drive and is still under investigation.
