THREE INJURED IN HEAD-ON COLLISION

Three people were injured in this head-on collision on June 2 at 1399 Highway 104 in Baldwin. Banks County Fire/EMS responded to the wreck and found that the first vehicle had a female driver who was out of the vehicle complaining of multiple injuries. The patient was evaluated and transported by EMS to Northeast Georgia, Gainesville, with serious injuries. The second vehicle had a female driver who was entrapped in the vehicle and required extrication by Fire/EMS personnel. The patient was removed from the vehicle and transported with multiple injuries by EMS to Northeast Georgia, Gainesville. The second victim was listed in critical condition. The incident is under investigation by the Georgia State Patrol and no other injuries were reported.
