Apalachee FFA Receives National Recognition

The Apalachee High School FFA received some great news on the first day of school. This fall at the National FFA Convention in Indianapolis, the chapter will be recognized as a three-star chapter, the highest designation a chapter can receive through the National Chapter Award program. In addition, the chapter also found out that its “Peanut Appreciation Night” was selected as one of the top 10 most innovative activities in the country in the category of “Strengthening Agriculture.” The chapter will prepare and deliver an eight-minute presentation as they compete against the other nine finalists this October.
