BASA wins at chili cook-off

In a collaboration between the culinary and marketing programs, a group of Barrow Arts and Sciences Academy (BASA) students won big at the recent Barrow Habitat for Humanity chili cook-off. BASA picked up all but one of the awards available at the event. The culinary program won the People’s Choice and Most Unique awards for the students' White Chocolate Curry Chicken Chili, and the marketing program won Best Booth. The team was sponsored by Bank OZK.
