HUMC Youth receive message on bullying

Hoschton United Methodist Church youth recently received a special message on bullying by Susan Mason, wife of HUMC's pastor. Pictured are: Ben Wiley, Bryce Beverly, Tanner Kao, Brett Wiley, Bella Beverly, Brenleigh Hassler and Cara Mason."With the recent terror threats made to many of the local school districts, it was deemed important to speak to the young people," church leaders state. Three examples were given: Squeeze toothpaste from a tube and put it back in, crumple a piece of paper and return it to pristine condition, and tear a piece of paper into pieces and return it to its original state. "None of this can be done. Bullying is the same concept, words and deeds done cannot be taken back. A powerful lesson," church leaders state.
