Groundbreaking held for Cresswind Clubhouse

Tony Adams (center), regional vice president of Kolter Homes LLC, is shown breaking ground for Cresswind Georgia’s clubhouse on Tuesday, February 2. Shown with him are future homeowners. Cresswind Georgia at Twin Lakes will feature both indoor and outdoor resort-style amenities including a community clubhouse which has been named “The Club at Cresswind.” It will feature lake views, a fitness area with cardio, weight and CrossFit areas, a yoga, aerobics and dance studio, social ballroom, lounge area and an arts and crafts room with a kiln. The Club which is scheduled for completion around late spring of 2022 will also feature a spa and an indoor pool with lap lanes. The gated community is age restricted for residents 55 or older. “We really focus on fitness, nutrition and relationships,” said Adams. “We are a group that is focused on living better longer.” Nicole Jurovics of FirstService Residential is the community lifestyle director. The community’s contractors are Kolter Homes, D.R. Horton, Eastwood Homes and Fischer Homes. Cresswind by Kolter Homes is the active adult component at twin lakes.
