NGHS announces online prayer service Friday

The parking lot of Northeast Georgia Medical Center Braselton was full Saturday, March 28, as people gathered at the hospital in their vehicles — with lights blinking — to pray. In a social media post, Northeast Georgia Health System said it's thankful for the support. But NGHS is encouraging residents to stay home and participate in an online prayer service on Friday, April 3, at 8 p.m. "We are thankful for the incredible outpouring of support at our Braselton campus over the weekend," the post said. "To encourage everyone to stay home during this crisis, we invite you to an online prayer service live from NGMC Gainesville’s McKibbon Chapel. The service will be streamed live on Facebook this Friday at 8 p.m. and will allow everyone to attend while staying at home."
