COLLECTS ITEMS TO BE DONATED

The Jefferson High School Future Business Leaders of America collected more than 1,000 items for their Pick-Me-Up Bags project. The students partnered with Adventure bags and collected items such as toothbrushes, soap, baby wipes, teddy bears, bottled water and many other products for displaced citizens (homeless and children removed from homes). The group was able to prepare 40 bags for distribution. Shown are: (L-R) Audlyn Walker, Lucy Barnett, Emily Puckett, Shelby Smith, Raleigh Drew, Janiah Rakestraw and Riley Henson.
