Diane F. Edwards has been promoted to president of Roper Pump Company.

Edwards joined Roper Pump in 2014 as vice president of finance and has been acting as interim president since November 2019. She brings over 27 years of experience in leadership, strategy execution and financial expertise to the president’s role.

Progressing rapidly in her career, she spent over 14 years with The Coca-Cola Company in various roles in finance and revenue growth management and, prior to joining Roper Pump, she was the vice president of finance and accounting at Annie’s, Inc.

As a University of Georgia graduate, Edwards holds a bachelors degree in business administration in accounting from The Terry College of Business and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Georgia. She resides in Braselton with her husband, Billy Edwards, a native of Jackson County. When she is not at Roper Pump, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, friends, and Bella – her beloved miniature schnauzer.

Established in 1857, Roper Pump Company is recognized worldwide as a leading provider of innovative fluid handling solutions including external gear pumps and flow dividers and progressing cavity power sections and pumps and an ISO 9001:2015 certified designer and manufacturer.

Edwards will oversee the headquarters and manufacturing center in Commerce and the Houston, Texas, Technology and Manufacturing Center.
