Members of The Grateful Few Recovery Riding Club recently donated some 346 doses of Narcan to several North Georgia public safety departments. The motorcycle riding group is made up of those recovering from addiction. During the organization's Sept. 11 ride, it raised over $13,000 for the project. Members of the club discovered that some area public safety community didn't have enough Narcon on hand to deal with overdoses from fentanyl and other opioid drugs. The Narcan was donated to first responders in Jackson, Dawson, Lumpkin, White and Stephens counties. Shown here at the presentation held at the Talmo Fire Department are: Frank Waters, Jeff Petrocy, Sarah Petrocy, Thomas Ramsey, John Sidders, Shelly Sidders, Mike Kesling, Eddie House, Bruce Anderson, Johana Anderson, Mike Bowen, Justin Bowen, Greg Carlysle, Stephen Stewart, Brett keeling, Malini Walker, Jeff Johnson, Austin Brown, Brian Kite, John Langston and Jen Langston.
