•Timothy Andrew Hardigree, 31, 7201 Jackson Trail Road, Hoschton, two counts of violation of probation.

•Stephen Ray Hoke, 39, 130 Hope Baptist Road, Talmo, child molestation and aggravated child molestation.

•Joshua Ray Mullins, 25, 135 Pleasant Acres Drive, Maysville, violation of probation.

•Pamela Heather Ballenger, 34, 438 Rosevelt Boulevard, Commerce, five counts of issuance of bad checks.

•Gregory Lamar Norman, 36, 2440 Danielsville Road, Athens, theft by receiving.

•Richard Bryant Freeman Jr., 29, 335 West Broad Street, Apartment 604, Hoschton, failure to appear.

•Phillip Richard Maloch, 23, 2798 Ridgeway Church Road, Commerce, two counts of violation of probation.

•Henry Lee Miller, 44, 1223 South Madison Avenue, Monroe, violation of probation.

•Hendrix Lee Nicely, 21, 690 Fourth Street, Apartment 9202, Athens, violation of probation.

•Demetrius Depree Tate, 34, 540 Oglethorpe Avenue, Apartment 20, Athens, two counts of violation of probation.

•Luis Eduardo Berbessi, 50, 745 Academy Woods Drive, Jefferson, child molestation and aggravated sexual battery.

•Aljaleem Lamont Booker, 18, 205 Glenn Fuller Court, Commerce, terroristic threats and acts, two counts of disruption of public school and three counts of sexual battery.

•Maria Carasquillo Cerrano, 32, 422 Banks Road, Commerce, suspended registration and diving while unlicensed.

•Richard Bryant Freeman Jr., 29, 335 West Broad Street, Apartment 604, Hoschton, failure to appear.

•Karen Latasha Gaither, 35, 76 Musket Court, Nicholson, obstruction of an officer.

•Joshua Scott Hales, 23, 2751 Brockton Loop, Jefferson, failure to appear.

•Mark Dale Miles, 44, 3131 North Druid Hills Road, Decatur, failure to appear.

•Keontavious Deontae Smith, 20, 285 North Bluff Road, Athens, obstruction of officer and possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.

•James Edward Tarpkins, 52, 1166 W.L. Williams Road, Commerce, battery.

•Eddie James Tate, 47, 114 Pepper Road, Arcade, failure to appear.

•Georgette Andrea Whitlock, 32, 49 Wardlaw Road, Commerce, child support arrest orders.

•Dorothy Lean Hood, 42, 5328 West Market, Apartment 12-F, Greensboro, N.C., theft by receiving, obstruction of an officer, driving too fast for conditions, driving while license suspended, failure to maintain lane, leaving the scene of an accident and no insurance.

•Edwin Henry Johncox Jr., 30, 4751 Cagle Road, Lula, child support arrest orders.

•Steven David Millholland, 26, 613 Wright School Road, Belton, S.C., open container, failure to maintain lane and violation of Georgia’s Controlled Substance Act.

•Harold Phillip Pierson, 54, 1135 Dale Street, East Point, violation of probation.

•Micahel Blake Shinall, 22, 216 Magnolia Point Drive, Jefferson, violation of probation.

•Anthoney Marvin Worrell, 41, 126 Elmwood Road, Hoshton, violation of probation.

•Jamie Burnett Caldwell, 49, 37 Country Cove Drive, Braselton, obstructing or hindering of a person making an emergency call.

•Justin Bo Thomas Fields, 20, 312 Golden Nugget Way, Maysville, obstruction or hindering law enforcement officers and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

•Jonathan James Komar, 47, 8588 Highway 98 West, Commerce, driving while license suspended.

•James William Stover, 17, 74 Davenport Road, Braselton, underage consumption of alcohol.

•Raymond Charles Wilson, 45, 6431 Temple Street, Lithia Springs, failure to appear, open container, failure to maintain lane and DUI alcohol.

•James Michael Plott, 39, 332 Meadow Vista Lane, Hoschton, battery.
