Camille Whalen Presents

Camille Whalen, family and consumer science teacher at Commerce High School, presented at the Georgia Association of Teachers of Family and Consumer Sciences  Winter Conference in Savannah. The presentation, "You Expect Me to Teach Two Pathways: Oh My!" provided lessons, project ideas, and classroom organization tips to FACS teachers who teach not one pathway but two. The presentation helps teachers successfully bounce between the nutrition and food science and the early childhood education pathways. Common standards were also examined between the two pathways.
