A Hull man was sentenced in Madison County Superior Court to 10 years confinement on three counts of child molestation. Myles Lamar Tittle, 20, 779 West Old Ila Road, Hull, was also sentenced to 10 years probation and fined $1,925 on the three counts of molestation. Prosecutors chose not to seek convictions on three counts of aggravated child molestation and one count of aggravated sodomy.

Other actions filed recently in the office of the clerk of Superior Court include:

•Ryan Cole Blalock, 21, 2284 Shoal Creek Road, Colbert, was sentenced to three years confinement and seven years probation for burglary, identity fraud, financial transaction card fraud, theft by taking and two counts of entering auto. He was also fined $2,075.

•Bruce Edenfield, 46, 54 Eades Drive, Commerce, was sentenced to three years probation and fined $1,850 for possession of a schedule IV controlled substance. Prosecutors chose not to pursue a conviction on the charge of drugs not in original container.

•Vickie Lynn Terrell, 40, 220 Stonehenge Way, Bogart, was sentenced to five years probation and fined $1,350 for theft by taking. A charge of failure to appear was dismissed.

•Fisher Ellington III, 31, 644 Thomas Road, Hull, was found guilty of aggravated assault and sentenced to two years confinement, eight years probation and fined $387. He was also sentenced to five years probation for possession of a firearm/knife during a crime or attempted crime.

•Rocky Nolan Dubose, 21, 1052 Stinchcomb Road, Elberton, was sentenced to seven years probation and was fined $1,037 for theft by taking. Prosecutors chose not to seek a conviction on a charge of false statements, writings, concealment of facts.

•Robert Lee Hall, 64, 5191 Copelan Road, Watkinsville, was sentenced to 10 years probation and fined $725 for aggravated assault.

•Bobby Reginald Johngan, 21, 201 Arthur Road, Hull, was found guilty of theft by taking and was sentenced to 10 years probation and was fined $725.

•Terry Michael Roach, 58, 201 Arthur Road, Hull, was found guilty of theft by taking and was sentenced to 10 years probation and fined $725.

•Jonathan P. McDaniel, 30, 117 Acorn Road, Colbert, was sentenced to five years probation and was fined $1,350 for theft by taking.

•Phillip Mark David, 52, 11084 Hwy. 98W, Commerce, was sentenced to two years confinement, eight years probation and was fined $725 for failure to register as a sex offender.

•Austin Kyle Bogue, 20, 1577 Hwy. 172, Colbert, was sentenced to 30 days confinement for drugs not in original container.

•Arthur Lee Haley, 56, 295 Burkland Drive, Athens, was sentenced to five years probation and fined $387 for failure to register as a sex offender.

•Heriberto Mercado, 22, 9574 Hwy. 72W, Hull, was sentenced to three months probation and was fined $135 for furnishing, purchasing or possessing alcohol under the legal age.

•Adam Nicholas Carder, 22, 61 Ruby Lane, Roytson, was sentenced to one year probation for theft by receiving stolen property (reduced from a felony to a misdemeanor).

•Tamitha Michelle Wymbs, 39, 665 McCannon Morris Road, Hull, was sentenced to one year probation for theft by taking (reduced from robbery by sudden snatch).

•Nikki Banks, no age available, 1220 Limo Road, Elberton, was sentenced to one year probation and fined $135 for deposit account fraud/bad checks (reduced from theft by deception).

•Danny Watson, 47, 280 Martin Luther King Drive, Jefferson, was sentenced to one day confinement, 40 hours community service, one year probation and was fined $750 for DUI drugs. Prosecutors chose not to seek convictions on charges of DUI alcohol and possession of marijuana — less than an ounce.

•Leland Darrell Officer, 52, 6748 Hwy. 106S, Hull, was sentenced to one day confinement, 40 hours community service, one year probation and was fined $750 for driving under the influence — alcohol. Prosecutors chose not to seek a conviction on a charge of disorderly conduct.

•Walter Daniel, no age available, 4329 Jot Em Down Road, Danielsville, was sentenced to 72 hours confinement, 240 hours of community service, one year probation and was fined $1,400 for DUI alcohol. He was sentenced to one year probation for weaving over roadway. Prosecutors chose not to seek convictions on charges of speeding and reckless driving.

•Kevin John Thompson, 34, 1182 Sewell Mill Road, Danielsville, was sentenced to one day confinement, 40 hours community service, one year probation and was fined $800 for DUI alcohol. He was sentenced to one year probation and fined $135 for failure to stop for a stop sign. Prosecutors chose not to seek convictions on charges of DUI, fleeing or attempting to elude, speeding and failure to maintain lane.

•Lane Christian Bullock, 19, 291 Oak Circle, Hull, was sentenced to seven years probation and was fined $725 for theft by receiving stolen property. Bullock was sentenced to one year probation for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, drugs not in original container, possession of drug-related objects and instruction permits and temporary license. Bullock was also fined $387. Prosecutors chose not to seek a conviction on a charge of possession of a schedule II controlled substance.

•Anthony Aaron Arnold, 27, 1061 Lem Edwards Road, Winterville, was sentenced to seven years probation and was fined $725 for theft by receiving stolen property (reduced from burglary).

•Darryl Henry Howard, 24, 3050 Danielsville Road, Athens, was sentenced to seven years probation and was fined $725 for theft by receiving stolen property.

•Johnny Chance Shedd, 23, 75 Madison Boulevard, Colbert, was sentenced to two years confinement, five years probation and was fined $455 on three counts of identity fraud.

•William Howard Gaddis Jr., 20, 54 Merry Lane, Colbert, was sentenced 20 years probation for burglary, 10 years probation for theft by taking (felony), and one year probation for possession of marijuana (less than an ounce), theft by taking and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He was also fined $2,082.

•Jonathan Lynn Smith, 28, 268 Springdale Drive Apt. 2, Winder, was sentenced to two years confinement, 18 years probation and was fined $1,350 for aggravated assault.

•William Stacy Alford, 42, 250 Poplar Street, Social Circle, was sentenced to six months confinement for criminal trespass.

•Thomas Max Hubbard Sr., 45, 439 Wilderness Trail, North Augusta, S.C., was sentenced to two years confinement for unlawful dumping and one year confinement for driving without a license, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer and possession of drug-related objects/equipment. Prosecutors chose not to pursue a conviction for possession of methamphetamine.

•Lonneshia Shafaye Appling, 27, 340 Nellie Mae Drive, Winterville, was sentenced to two years confinement for theft by shoplifting and one year confinement for public indecency, obstruction of officers and giving false information to law enforcement officers.

•Daniel Ray Cook, 38, 583 Neese Commerce Road, Commerce, was sentenced to one year probation and was fined $420 for driving while license suspended or revoked. Prosecutors chose not to pursue convictions on charges of possession of methamphetamine and driving on improper registration.

•Damond Ladean Hewell, 31, 271 Amberly Drive, Hull, was sentenced to one year probation and fined $405 for obstruction of officers.

•Bryan Mitchell Key, 27, 1529 Nowhere Road, Dewy Rose, was sentenced to two years confinement for possession of a controlled substance (reduced from possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute).

•David Scott Cook, 41, 583 Neese Commerce Road, Commerce, was sentenced to 60 days confinement for giving false information to law officers.

•Angela Deridee Hughes, 50, 157 AC Carey Road, Danielsville, was fined $405 for disorderly house. Prosecutors chose not to seek convictions on charges of reckless conduct, contributing to the delinquency of minor and furnishing, purchasing, possessing alcohol under the legal age.

•Hubert Nicholas McElreath, 27, 1685 Young Harris Road, Danielsville, was sentenced to one year confinement and nine years probation for theft by receiving stolen property and theft by taking. He was also fined $100.

•John A. Chevalieral Varez, no age available, 1465 Hwy. 29 N Lot 112, Athens, was sentenced to one year probation and fined $140 for driving without a license.

•Clarence Mark Woody, 48, 130 Willoughby Homes, Commerce, was sentenced to three years confinement for possession of hydrocodone and possession of methamphetamine, and one year confinement for possession of tools for the commission of a crime, possession of marijuana — less than an ounce and possession of drug-related objects.

•Cory Marv Keys, 25, 3385 Hoot Owl Road, Bowersville, was sentenced to one year confinement for speeding and DUI. Prosecutors chose not to seek a conviction for furnishing, purchasing, possessing alcohol under the legal age and alteration of a tag. A charge of failure to appear was dismissed.

•Justin Chase Williams, 26, 18 Rev. Culbertson Drive, Winterville, was sentenced to one year confinement for marijuana — less than an ounce and DUI. Prosecutors chose not to seek a conviction on charges of receipt, possession or transfer of firearms by a convicted felon, possession of a schedule II controlled substance and possession of drug-related objects.

•Richard Glenn Wells, 26, 1238 Freeman Creek Drive, Eastonollee, was sentenced to 52 days of confinement for possession of drug-related objects/equipment. A charge of failure to appear was dismissed.

•Marion Henry Hanley, 58, 839 Clover Avenue, was sentenced to one month probation and fined $135 for obstruction of officers.

•James Daniel Fowler, 19, 975 Spratlin Mill Road, Hull, was sentenced to one year probation for disrupting public school and battery.

•Jiquaila Thomas, 18, P.O. Box 151, Colbert, was sentenced to three months probation and fined $67 for affray (fighting). A charge of failure to appear was dismissed.
