Actions filed recently in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Madison County include: •Roger Howard Clark, 50, 2156 Hwy. 106 North, Danielsville, was sentenced to one year probation for simple assault — family violence and battery — family violence. He was also fined $320.

•Rocky Dean Strickland, 34, no address available, Colbert, was sentenced to one year probation and was fined $235 for possession of drug-related objects/equipment. Charges of possession of methamphetamine and safety belt violations were disposed of through nolle prosequi, meaning they won’t be prosecuted now but could later.

•Latasha Shanta Wilbon, 35, 923 Clairmont Avenue, Comer, was sentenced to one year probation and was fined $337 for giving false information to law officers.

•Zachery Lee Mobley, 21, 671 McCarty Dodd Road, Colbert, was sentenced to one year probation and fined $273 for speeding.

•Tony Allen Risner, 31, 2210 Wildcat Bridge Road, Royston, was sentenced to five years probation for possession, manufacture or distribution of marijuana and possession of methamphetamine and one year probation for possession of tools for the commission a crime. He was fined $972. A charge of failure to appear was dismissed. A charge of possession, manufacture or distribution of drugs within 1,000 feet of schools was disposed of through nolle prosequi.

•Amanda Lou Martin, 27, 250 Beecher Hill Road, Danielsville, was sentenced to five years probation and was fined $185 for theft by taking. Charges of violating the Motor Vehicle Chop Shop and Stolen and Altered Property Act and removal or falsification of motor vehicles or engines were disposed of through nolle prosequi.

•Brittany Leanne Stowe, 24, 208 Grady Drive, Hull, was sentenced to 10 years probation, 40 hours of community service and was fined $100 for aggravated battery. A charge of battery was disposed of through nolle prosequi.

•Michael Ryan Morris, 25, 98 W. May Street, Winder, was sentenced to six months confinement for battery under the Family Violence Act. A charge of false imprisonment was disposed of through nolle prosequi.

•Kevin Michael Rabun, 33, 1537 Glenn Carrie Road, Hull, was sentenced to one year probation and was fined $185 for obstruction of officers (reduced from hindering apprehension of punishment of a criminal). A charge of disorderly conduct was disposed of through nolle prosequi.

•Richard Dale Sailors, 57, 528 N. Main Street, Danielsville, was sentenced to one year probation and fined $387 for sexual battery. A charge of false statements, writings or concealment of facts was disposed of through nolle prosequi.

•Jerry Minish, 58, 8605 Nowhere Road, Hull, was sentenced to one year probation for driving without a license (reduced from habitual violator) and reckless driving (reduced from DUI alcohol). He was also fined $1,450. One count of failure to maintain lane, failure to stop for stop sign and one charge of driving under the influence were disposed of through nolle prosequi.

•Michael Shane Erwin, 35, 105 Sanford Drive, Nicholson, was sentenced to one year probation and was fined $135 for battery under the Family Violence Act. Charges of battery under the Family Violence Act, two counts of cruelty to children in the third degree and one count of criminal trespass were disposed of through nolle prosequi.

•Casey Justin Conway, 27, 8557 Wildcat Bridge Road, Danielsville, was sentenced to one year probation and was fined $512 for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana (reduced from possession, manufacture and distribution of marijuana).

•Crystal Lee Roberts, 45, 150 Three Rivers Ct., Hull, was sentenced to one year probation for two counts of forgery in the fourth degree. She was also fined $135.

•Johnathan Matthew Wilson, 20, 9574 Hwy. 72, Lot 5A, Hull, was sentenced to one year probation and was fined $675 for reckless conduct. Five counts of aggravated assault were disposed of through nolle prosequi.

•James Cecil Smith, 73, 101 Grady Drive, Hull, was sentenced to a $100 fine for failure to yield right of way at appropriate sign. A charge of driving without a license was disposed of through nolle prosequi.

•Calvin Austin Rawls, 25, 1574 Duffell Martin Road, Comer, was sentenced to six months confinement for criminal trespass (reduced from criminal attempt to commit a felony).

•Benjamin Wayne Malanoski, 25, 2430 Danielsville Road, Athens, was sentenced to one year confinement for two counts of obstruction of officers.

•Hobson Burton, 34, 415 Burkland Drive, Athens, was sentenced to one year confinement for criminal trespass.

•Jason Kyle Burger, 41, 220 Ashton Drive, Athens, was sentenced to one year probation and fined $337 for disorderly conduct (reduced from violating a family violence order).

•Shannon Jo Reichert, 32, 3153 Bond Avenue, Canon, was sentenced to one year probation and was fined $320 for possession of drug-related objects and interference with a 9-1-1 call. A charge of going inside a guardline with a weapon, liquor or drugs was disposed of through nolle prosequi.

•Mary Shellie Drake, 37, 363 Wesley Chapel Road, Danielsville, was sentenced to one year probation for battery (reduced from battery under the Family Violence Act).

•Tatsianna Nicole Peeples, 22, 3281 Diamond Hill Colbert Road, Colbert, was sentenced to one year probation and fined $135 for obstruction of officers.

•Jimmy Ray Cowart, 49, 77 Sweet Gum Alley, Hull, was sentenced to one year probation and fined $135 for theft by receiving stolen property.

•James Robert Daniel Crisp, 25, 1836 Madison Street, Comer, was sentenced to one year probation and 240 hours of community service for DUI drugs, one year probation for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and failure to maintain lane. He was also fined $1,429.

•Chelsea Erin Cole, 21, 1286 Duncan Road, Commerce, was sentenced to one year probation and fined $320 for disorderly conduct and giving false information to law officers. A charge of hindering apprehension or punishment of a criminal was disposed of through nolle prosequi.

•Marvin Jessie McClellan, 29, 214 Turner Drive, Gillsville, was sentenced to one year probation and fined $235 for possession of drug-related objects/equipment. A charge of possession of methamphetamine was disposed of through nolle prosequi.

•Jeremy Adam Whitfield, 28, 983 McGinnis Chandler Road, Commerce, was sentenced to one year probation and fined $337 for battery.

•Deborah Tiller Seagraves, no age available, 215 Winter Circle, Winterville, was sentenced to one year probation and fined $310 for two counts of theft by taking (both reduced from felony to misdemeanor).

•Rayford Lee Tabor, 28, 1210 Hwy. 63, Commerce, was sentenced to one year probation and 240 hours of community service for DUI. He was sentenced to one year probation for driving while license suspended or revoked and obstruction of officers. He was also fined $1,145. Charges of DUI alcohol and improper slowing or stopping on roadway were disposed of through nolle prosequi.

•Octavious Goulet Carruth, 21, 75 S and M Drive, Hull, was sentenced to one year probation and was fined $1,387 for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

•James Nelson Cofer, 24, 7501 Hwy. 29 South, Hull, was sentenced to one year probation and was fined $1,387 for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

•Jeffrey Wayne Sharp, 59, 1512 Sorrow Patterson Road, Colbert, was sentenced to one year probation for giving false information to law officers and public drunkenness. He was fined $1,062. Charges of possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of a schedule IV substance and drugs not in original container were disposed of through nolle prosequi.

•Robert Michael Scogin, 40, 719 Scogin Road, Colbert, was sentenced to one year probation and fined $337 for giving false information to law officers. A charge of driving while license suspended or revoked was disposed of through nolle prosequi.

•Daniel Adam Simmons, 28, 353 Mt. Zion Road, Danielsville, was sentenced to one year probation for simple assault (reduced from criminal attempt to commit a felony) and simple battery. He was fined $320. Two charges of failure to appear were dismissed.

•Tony Charles Schroder, 25, Danielsville, was sentenced to three years probation and fined $975 for possession of methamphetamine. Charges of possession of drug-related objects or equipment and contributing to the delinquency of a minor were disposed of through nolle prosequi.

•Santino Marquez Swain, 23, 361 Sanders Road, Hull, was sentenced to five years probation and fined $725 for receiving, possession or transfer of a firearm by a convicted felon.

•Randy Lee Webb Watson, 32, 109 Watson Road, Danielsville, was sentenced to one year confinement, four years, probation, 40 hours of community service and fined $100 for felony theft by taking. A second charge of felony theft by taking was disposed of through nolle prosequi.

•Jayme Lyn Brazell, 25, 1799 Lexington-Carlton Road, Carlton, was sentenced to five years probation and fined $185 for possession of methamphetamine. A charge of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana was disposed of through nolle prosequi.
