The Winder-Barrow High School varsity basketball teams will have a few extra days to prepare for the Region 8-AAAA tournament.

Coach David Sokol and the No. 1-seeded Bulldoggs will await the winner of the Heritage-Cedar Shoals contest. The WBHS boys will take the court for the first time in the region tournament Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. at Monroe Area.

The WBHS Lady Bulldoggs will meet Loganville Wednesday at 4 p.m. in a contest which will also be played at Monroe Area.
